In 2008 TCM was invited to set up pilot mediation scheme across BT Retail. The pilot was so successful that TCM was invited in 2010 to set up and embed a mediation programme across the entire BT Group. We continue to work in partnership with BT to embed mediation as their preferred mechanism for resolving workplace disputes.

TCM has assisted with the development of an internal mediation scheme within Vodafone

The TCM Group has a successful and long standing relationship with RBS.

We have provided accredited mediator training for mediators as part of RBS Mentor and we designed and delivered "Practical Investigations and Interviewing Skills" training during 2011.

Over the past 12 months, The mediation experts from The TCM Group equipped a group of Ford's HR professionals, with the necessary skills to prevent and resolve disputes and grievances.

During 2009-2011 The TCM Group was invited to set up an internal mediation scheme within Topshop and Topman (part of the Arcadia Group). The response has been incredibly positive and the benefits of the scheme are already being shared across the group.

Building on this success, in summer 2011 TCM was commissioned by Arcadia Group to set up a mediation scheme covering all of the brands within the group. These include Burton, Dorothy Perkins, Evans, Miss Selfridge, Outfit, Topshop and Topman.

During 2011, TCM set up an internal mediation scheme for the Home Office Passport and Identity Service. We have provided fully accredited mediation training for internal mediators as well as providing expert conflict management advice and consultancy.

TCM has been awarded the contract to establish 2 mediation piliot schemes within the DWP.

Translink is the brand name of the integrated public transport operation of Citybus, NI Railways, and Ulsterbus. The organisation is now one of Northern Ireland's largest employers with approximately 4,000 employees and a turnover in excess of £168m. Over 81 million passenger journeys are made on Translink services each year.

TCM has a long standing partnership with Translink. In early 2012, we set up an internal mediation scheme for Translink and we are proud to provide accredited mediator training for Translink internal mediators.

During 2009, The TCM Group worked with a multi-disciplinary team of HR professionals; senior managers; and senior police officers within Hertfordshire Police. Our aim was to develop an internal mediation scheme which would reduce the negative impact of conflicts and disputes within the Force.
