During 2009-2011 The TCM Group was invited to set up an internal mediation scheme within Topshop and Topman (part of the Arcadia Group). The response has been incredibly positive and the benefits of the scheme are already being shared across the group.

Building on this success, in summer 2011 TCM was commissioned by Arcadia Group to set up a mediation scheme covering all of the brands within the group. These include Burton, Dorothy Perkins, Evans, Miss Selfridge, Outfit, Topshop and Topman.

TCM delivered its highly acclaimed 2 day investigation skills training to 36 internal investigators within the Co-op. During 2009, TCM has trained mediators across the Metropolitan Police. In particular, we have trained mediators within the Met's Professional standards department.

During 2009, The TCM Group worked with a multi-disciplinary team of HR professionals; senior managers; and senior police officers within Hertfordshire Police. Our aim was to develop an internal mediation scheme which would reduce the negative impact of conflicts and disputes within the Force. Our activities included training a team of accredited mediators; training HR and managers in mediation skills; plus we developed a bespoke mediation scheme case management system which is now fully integrated across the Force.
