Professional Mediators' Association
"The Professional Mediators' Association promotes excellence in all aspects of civil, business, workplace and consumer mediation."
In September 2007, TCM launched the Professional Mediators' Association (PMA). The PMA now has over 500 members, all of whom are practising mediators. The PMA is the standard bearer for professional mediation and it delivers a wide range of quality services:
- Professional mediator standards which all members must subscribe to.
- Professional mediator development events and seminars.
- Access to exclusive materials and resources.
