Beccie D'Cunha : Head of Resolution Services (Full Time)

Beccie provides expert support for the TCM Groups many customers at the very highest levels. Beccie designs and delivers innovative dispute resolution systems, programmes and in-company events as part of the TCM Group. Beccie is an accredited trainer and mediator

Matthew Underwood : Head of Business Development Matthew is responsible for all sales, marketing and PR activity within TCM. He also runs TCM's press office

Alex Dietterle : Commercial Manager (Full time)

Alex is responsible for the smooth running of TCM. His key roles include managing the companies finance, payroll, HR and IT plus our quality assurance and accrediation systems. Alex is currently taking a lead on the development of the Professional Mediators' Association (PMA).

Carissa Dennis : Training and Events Co-ordinator Carissa organises TCM's prospectus of open access and in house courses and events.

Nicole Eisele : Senior Resolution Adviser (Full time)

Nicole is an experienced mediator and a passionate advocate of effective dispute resolution in the workplace. Nicole is also studying for a masters in conflict management and offers a powerful blend of practical experience and and theoretical knowledge to our clients. Nicole is an accredited trainer and mediator.

Brendan Schutte : Dispute Resolution Adviser (FT)

Brendan is a qualified mediator and account manager for Retail/Manufacturing and Housing Associations. Brendan completed the Diploma in Mediation Studies in University College Dublin in 2000, achieving 1^st place. Brendan also holds a Certificate in Training and Development from the Irish Institute of Training and Development, a Diploma in Industrial Relations from Trinity College Dublin as well as a M.Sc. in Human Resource Leadership from Sheffield Hallam University.

Gillian Krajewski : Dispute Resolution Adviser (FT)

Gillian Krajewski has 20 years’ international experience working in mediation and conflict resolution. She began her career in 1989 studying as a Commonwealth Scholar and obtained a Master’s Degree in International Conflict Analysis from Canada’s premier school of International Affairs. In the UK, Gillian served for four years as Director of MiD Mediation in southwest London and for six years as a specialist family mediator before joining the TCM Group at the start of 2010.

Tim delivers mediation, training and conflict management consultancy services to our clients. Tim is Account Manager for banking, telecommunications and the media.

Edward Nelson : Dispute Resolution Adviser

Edward is Account Manager for the Finance, Police, Probation and Wider Justice Sector.

Edward has specialised in conflict facilitation, training and mediation for the past seven years. This is based in over ten years involvement in community development projects worldwide. He values both the apparent and the less conscious aspects of communication and draws on his background in arts and theatre to support people's learning and growth. His flexible approach is demonstrated by his ability to work constructively, both one-on-one and multilaterally, in conflicts – supporting and facilitating dynamic interactions with and between parties. He is a member of the RSA, PMA and the College of Mediators.
