- Training and Events Co-ordinator £30-35K per annum. This is a new post for our business.

Business Development Consultant London

Salary: £30-£35K (Comprises £20-£25K basic plus Performance Related Pay)

We are seeking an exceptional Business Development Consultant to join our sales team to help us maximise our market position and to help us grow The TCM Group into a global leader. We are proud to be one of Europe’s leading providers of professional mediation and dispute resolution services.
Since our formation in 2001, TCM has gained a significant share of the market and our client list is growing rapidly. It currently includes brands such as Topshop, BT, Marks and Spencer, American Airlines, EDF Energy, The Home Office, TfL, Lloyds Banking Group, RBS, HSBC, The United Nations, Sainsbury’s and DHL amongst many, many others.

Qualifications:
- Educated to ‘A’ level standard or equivalent.
Experience:
- A minimum of 2 years experience in a relevant sales role – this should involve consultancy-based selling.
- Experience of maintaining relationships with customers (account management).
- Experience of achieving sales targets.
- Experience of producing proposals.
- Experience of managing the entire sales cycle from prospect to contract won.
- Desirable: Hands on experience of mediation
Knowledge and skills:
- High standard of computer literacy including CRM systems (such as www.salesforce.com which we use at TCM).
- Knowledge and awareness of mediation.
- Excellent English (written and verbal).
- Strong influencing and negotiating skills and possessing good business acumen.
Attitude and qualities:
- Determined and driven and motivated by results.
- A team player who can influence and support others.
- Well organised and self-sufficient.
- Strong customer focus.
- Innovative and finds creative solutions to problems.

We are seeking an exceptional Training & Events Co-ordinator to join our marketing team to help us maximise our market position and to help us grow The TCM Group into a global leader. We are proud to be one of Europe’s leading providers of professional mediation and dispute resolution services.
TCM has trained hundreds of delegates from blue-chip organisations across the world through our open access training. Our training courses are second to none and run on a monthly basis across the UK. We are looking for someone to co-ordinate the continuing success of our open access training as well as expanding our scope and reach further.
Person Specification - about you
Qualifications:
- Educated to degree level standard or equivalent.
- Prince2 qualification would be desirable
Experience:
- A minimum of 1 years experience in a relevant events/marketing/sales role – you must have experience of direct selling
- Experience of maintaining relationships with customers
- Experience of achieving sales targets.
- Experience of events organisation
Knowledge and skills:
