NHS and Healthcare Mediation
TCM has launched the UK's first ever workplace dispute resolution programme targeted at front line NHS staff and managers as well as senior managers and HR professionals. The project entitled TCM Health has received praise from a number of Trusts across the UK.

The project uses an innovative mix of:
- Training for staff and managers in how to handle and prevent disputes
- Offering mediation between staff and as part of resolving patient complaints
- Policy development such as integrating mediation within bullying, harassment and grievance policies as well as patient complaints procedures.
