The Future of Dispute Resolution - a Major Success Story
Tuesday 24th January 2006 saw the UK’s first ever national conference specifically focusing on the impact of dispute resolution and mediation in the workplace. It was a full house with over 160 delegates from major International companies, UK Blue Chips, Civil Service and Public Sector bodies, NGO’s plus a host of mediation and HR consultants.

The conference was excellently chaired by David Coats from the Work Foundation.
The event provided a detailed overview of dispute resolution following the dispute resolution regulations 2004 and the benefits and impact of workplace mediation.
