TCM Secures Entry into Europe
TCM has been awarded the contract to support the European Patent Office (EPO) as they continue to expand the use of conciliation and mediation within their internal reporting and HR systems.

With offices in Munich, Berlin, Vienna and The Hague, the EPO, which employs over 6000 staff members, has a commitment to resolving internal reporting issues using a dignified, fair and transparent approach.TCM has been asked to prepare and deliver a training programme for internal advocates (experts) and internal mediators to ensure that the scheme continues to provide satisfactory outcomes in the vast majority of cases.
David Liddle, TCM Director stated “By working in partnership with the EPO, we look forward to enhancing, what is a highly innovative and credible approach to resolving internal staffing disputes. This is a major step forward for Total Conflict Management and we continue to seek opportunities to develop and enhance the services that we provide to organisations across the UK and internationally.”
