Police Mediation

TCM announces today that they have awarded the contract to train a team of internal mediators within Merseyside Police. This training compliments Total Conflict Management’s existing work to develop effective strategies for the resolution for workplace conflicts and disputes within Police Forces across the UK.

"This is significant step forward for mediation within the UK. More and more Police Forces are now using mediation to resolve workplace disputes and we are delighted to be given this opportunity of working with the staff of Merseyside Police. We are also encouraged that the Morris Enquiry within the Metropolitan Police has raised the profile of this area of work and we look forward to extending our activities with more Police Forces over the coming months"
