TCM has in place a robust code of practice for all of our mediators. However, we welcome the launch of this new European code and are pleased that it reinforces our own rigorous mediation quality standards.
We have therefore decided to adopt the new code of conduct for all mediators within TCM.
The new code was launched at a conference in Brussels on 2nd July 2002. Read the new Code of Practice.
