However, in November 2007, the contract came up for renewal and TCM was invited to tender for the delivery of mediation services across the Department. We have just been advised that TCM has been successful in the tender process and been awarded the contract to continue delivering the mediation framework within the Cabinet Office.
This is just one of our many Government contracts. During 2007 and so far in 2008, TCM has established mediation schemes and delivered ADR services within The Labour Relations Agency (LRA) Northern Ireland, The Office for National Statistics (ONS), The Department For International Development (DfID), the Government Office of the South East (GOSE), The Department For Culture, Media and Sport (DCMS) and most recently Arts Council England (ACE)
On the announcement of the new Cabinet Office framework agreement, David Liddle, founder and Director of TCM stated
“This new agreement cements the partnership between TCM and HM Government. It is a considerable vote of confidence in TCM and the outstanding mediation services that we offer. It comes as no surprise that so many Government Departments are now approaching TCM to deliver their mediation services – after all, TCM stands for quality, excellent value and most importantly, we get results in the most complex cases."
TCM is in the process of developing framework mediation agreements with two additional large government departments and more details to follow soon. See details of our other clients and case studies of our work.
For more details of our work with HM Government and advise on how to set up a mediation framework, call us now on 0800 295 97 87.
TCM also runs regular workshops and seminars FREE OF CHARGE.
