NHS mediation is an area of increasing interest to many healthcare professionals. To support this, TCM is working in partnership with a growing number of Healthcare bodies and NHS Trusts including Ambulance Trusts, Mental Health Partnership Trusts, Primary Care Trusts as well as Acute Trusts.

As part of our ongoing commitment to share our expertise and knowledge, TCM has been invited to address a prestigious NHS event being run by the Royal Free Hampstead NHS Trust.The event is entitled: Managing Conflict at Work- New Skills and Approaches. The main focus of the conferjce is on the role of mediation within a healthcare setting with particular reference to resolving NHS grievances and complaints through mediation.
