Introucing the new TCM team
The TCM team is growing rapidly. We now have a full time team of mediators and trainers. All of whom provide:- Expertise in all aspects of mediation and dispute resolution
- The highest standards of training and professional development
- Unrivalled knowledge of internal emdiation scheme development
Experts - you can rely on.
All members of the TCM team have completed the National Certificate in Workplace Mediation; have undergone three supervised cases; have delivered two supervised courses and undertake regular Continuing Professional Development (CPD).They have all been trained to mediate in complex employment and workplace disputes - in fact, Thomas, the newest member of the team recently worked with Beccie to successfully resolve a complex team dispute involving seven parties.
