The TCM team is growing rapidly. We now have a full time team of mediators and trainers. All of whom provide: 

• Expertise in all aspects of mediation and dispute resolution
• The highest standards of training and professional development
• Unrivalled knowledge of internal emdiation scheme development

All members of the TCM team have completed the National Certificate in Workplace Mediation; have undergone three supervised cases; have delivered two supervised courses and undertake regular Continuing Professional Development (CPD).

They have all been trained to mediate in complex employment and workplace disputes - in fact, Thomas, the newest member of the team recently worked with Beccie to successfully resolve a complex team dispute involving seven parties.
