UK's benchmark qualification for workplace and employment mediators.
The National Certificate in Workplace Mediation™ is the UK's benchmark qualification for workplace, employment and business mediators. In response to demand, we now offer an intensive five-day version of the course that enables you/your staff to qualify as a mediator in less time. This can be useful if you are unable to release staff for a six-day course. It is also useful if you would prefer to run the course over a longer period. We offer the intensive course both at our Mediation Academy or on your own premises if you prefer.
Course highlights:
- Participants gain the skills and strategies to be a competent, credible and effective mediator.
- The National Certificate in Workplace Mediation provides a highly effective framework enabling participants to work as an accredited, professional workplace mediator.
- The course is accredited by the Open College Network and is a nationally recognised qualification.
- TCM is an approved OCN, ILM and ELCAS trainining provider.
What people are saying about the new 5 day intensive course:
"This new course is challenging, informative and life changing" - Neil Quinn, HR Business Manager, Sanctuary Housing (February 2009)
"Carrying out the role play of the mediator working through all the meetings and process was really useful as it enabled me to put into practice all the learning and pick up on learning points for the future." - Laura Starkey, HR Business Partner, Sanctuary Housing. (February 2009)
