The Institute of Leadership and Management (ILM) is the UK's most prestigious management organisation. Working with individuals and employers across the world, it improves leadership and management performance through a range of learning and development solutions.
ILM awards TCM for high-quality courses
Recognising that TCM strives to improve leadership through its range of high-quality courses, the UK’s premier awarding body for leadership and management qualifications has approved TCM’s Practical Mediation Skills for Managers course, alongside Practical Investigation and Interviewing skills for Managers. Both courses have been approved as development programmes.
On achieving this accreditation with ILM, Colin Moulds, Head of Resolution Services at TCM stated: "This accrediation with ILM underline’s TCM’s commitment to staff development and demonstrates that our training meets the very highest industry standards. ILM approval also highlights the importance of conflict prevention and resolution skills for managers and leaders."
