Ofcom selects The TCM Group as mediation partner

Ofcom, the communication industry's independent regulator, has appointed The TCM Group to handle all informal dispute resolution services, including mediation and training. Alongside mediation duties, TCM will be training key members of Ofcom's management team to recognise and refer the type of cases that are best resolved through mediation.

Robert Smith, Ofcom's Head of HR Business Partners, is looking forward to improved  colleague relationships and reducing the cost of formal grievances which can lead to Employment Tribunals:
