A comprehensive mediation and ADR training programme for business

Due to a growing demand for mediation since the new Employment Act came into force on 6th April 2009, TCM is offering an exciting new training programme for 2010 to help your organisation reap the many benefits that mediation brings.

Whether you want to find out more about mediation; develop skills for managing difficult conversations; or are considering setting up an internal mediation scheme, we have something for you!

Courses vary from free events and short courses to accredited mediation training and a new Diploma in Mediation Practice accredited by Middlesex University.
