Could mediation be the answer to the BA/Unite dispute

Over the past two days, David Liddle, Founder and Director of the TCM Group has been invited to provide expert commentary on the BA dispute including interviews on:

David Liddle, Founder and Director of TCM is widely recognised to be a leading figure n the wold of workplace dispute resolution and his message to BA and to the Unite Union was to encourage them to find a remedy to the current threat of industrial action through constructive and meaningful dialogue.

 


The team at TCM are ready to work with BA and the Unite Union to help embed mediation within the companies framework and structures and we have written to the Chief executive of BA, Willie Walsh, inviting him to consider the role that mediation might play ion preventing and resolving future disputes at an earlier stage.
