Today, TCM has been advised that it has been

The NPSA have decided to adopt mediation as a method of resolving internal disputes, grievances and conflicts.

A holistic approach
The NPSA have adopted a holistic approach and are working with the mediation experts from the TCM Group to:

Train internal workplace mediators to The TCM Group accredited standard

Train NPSA managers to build strong relationships

Train HR in mediation and dispute resolution skills

Integrate mediation into internal HR systems

Work with the NPSA senior management team to promote a culture of mediation.
