Ellis Whittam has developed a reputation for delivering excellent legal and HR support to their clients and they required a partner that fitted their ethos and needs in terms of high quality, speed of response and outstanding value for money. TCM easily fitted the bill.
Ellis Whittam currently has over 1000 retained clients and a number of clients are now turning to Mediation to solve often intractable disputes.
Mark Ellis said, "We are delighted to announce our new partnership with the TCM Group. David and his team have impressed me greatly from day one with their experience in dealing with all types of mediation and dispute resolution cases. Our clients can now benefit from this knowledge with a comprehensive range of cost effective mediation services and training now available for organisations of all sizes.”
As Abraham Lincoln boldly stated in his 1850 notes for a lecture to his law students, “Discourage litigation. Persuade your neighbours to compromise whenever they can”. Jointly, TCM and Ellis Whittam recognise and embrace this statement hence the creation of a mutually beneficial relationship between the two companies.
David Liddle, Founder and Director of the TCM Group stated at the announcement of the Alliance; “The Legal Profession is starting to recognise the real benefit of Mediation and Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR). Mediation helps to reduce stress; increase productivity and reduce the costs of conflicts”.
This exciting partnership allows TCM and Ellis Whittam to extend their range of Mediation and Investigation services currently on offer to over 1000 SME’s across the UK.
