The TCM team is growing
TCM has recently expanded and we are delighted to welcome a number of new faces to the team. This includes four new dispute resolution advisers.Over the past 12 months TCM has transformed from a small consultancy relying predominantly on freelance mediators and trainers to a medium sized boutique management consultancy with a full time team of expert mediators and trainers. This gives TCM a unique advantage and ensures that we can deliver thought leadership, consistency and ongoing excellence to our customers.
The TCM Group is now centred around an account management system and each account is serviced by one of our dispute resolution experts
A new structure for TCM
To support the newly formed team, we have now created five new teams within TCM:
- The Delivery team comprising nine full time resolution advisers. This team is also responsible for innovation and quality
- The Business Development Team comprising our Head of Business Development, Communications Co-ordinator and Marketing and PR assistant
- The Administration and Finance team comprising 3 Administrative Assistants, an IT and Finance Assistant managed by the Head of Finance and Administration
- The Research Team with a number of research interns and research associates working on several research projects
- The Professional Mediators association with a PMA co-ordinator
