Welcome to our new research interns
TCM is delighted to welcome three research interns to our growing team. With guidance and experience from our Founder and Director, David Liddle, the interns will contribute significant evidence to the benefits and impact of mediation within the UK.Over the past 12 months TCM has transformed from a small mediation consultancy relying predominantly on freelance mediators and trainers to a medium sized boutique management consultancy with full time team of expert mediators and trainers. To consolidate our good work within the ADR industry and make available opportunities to gain experience, the TCM group opens its doors to our three research interns.
Each intern benefits by having opportunities to attend our accredited mediation training; by having access to high level coaching; and by shadowing our team of mediators.
TCM has been running an internship programme for several years and many of our interns have gone on to join our team as full time employees or associates.
