A tailored approach - meeting the clients needs
Confidential Advisor Training – the group comprises of middle managers, some already trained needing a refresher whilst others will be new to the program. The training supplied will ensure incidents of harassment and bullying can be resolved quickly, successfully and informally.
Investigation Skills Training – the group comprises of predominately senior managers. The training supplied will enable senior management to prepare, undertake and complete an effective investigation that can stand up to internal and external scrutiny. Alongside this training, TCM will supply a tried and tested course pack including a comprehensive set of templates for the investigators.
Further to this, London Business School expressed interest in exploring how mediation could complement this initiative and help to further prevent conflict from escalating to a formal stage, as well as supporting its embedment at a more strategic level.
