Northumberland Care Trust invites The TCM Group to train key staff with the skills, competencies and strategies to undertake an effective workplace investigation
Another NHS success story from the UK's mediation experts
With its close ties in NHS organisations, its no surprise that the TCM Group were commissioned to provide its popular 2-day ILM-approved Practical Investigation Skills training. In the litigation-conscious environment in which UK labour market operates in today, the ability and confidence to carry out an impartial fact-finding investigation is a highly valued competency. All of the delegates found the training to be useful with 91.67% and 86.67% agreeing the excellence of course administration and relevance of exercises respectively.
