TCM sees a rise in Workplace Investigation Services

In recent months, TCM experienced a rise in the need for workplace investigation services. Our investigation philosophy is based on the same principles we hold as mediators.
by Tinu Fagbemi | 11th May 2011

Having had many years experience of working in sensitive and complex workplace investigations, TCM ensures that all investigations are:

Thorough | Transparent | Fair | Rigorous | Effective

We have carried out and continue to undertake an extensive range of independent investigations. From issues around allegations of bullying and harassment to allegations of misconduct or gross misconduct and also as part of an internal disciplinary or grievance procedure to mention a few.

There are no shortcuts in our investigations. We work closely with our clients, clarifying how long will be required based on the specific nature of the issues surrounding the investigation.

TCM investigation reports stand up to scrutiny either at an internal panel hearing or at an employment tribunal. Please click here to find out more out our investigations services.
