TCM Sponsored Award 2011- Shortlist Announced
The shortlist for The TCM Group sponsored award has been announced. After a huge number of entries and a rigorous judging process, Personnel Today’s panel of industry experts has whittled down the entrants to make up the shortlist.

As the UK leading provider of mediation and dispute resolution services, The TCM Group is proud to be sponsoring the award for Innovation in Dispute Resolution for the Personnel Today Awards, which will be presented by Mr Edward Davey, Minister for Employment Relations.The following companies have been nominated for the award and TCM is delighted that they reflect how mediation has been embraced across a diverse range of industries and bodies:
• East Sussex County Council
• Foreign & Commonwealth Office
• Metropolitan Police Service
• NHS East Lancashire Primary Care Trust
• Surrey County Council
• Topshop/Topman
TCM have worked with a number of those nominated and celebrate the fact that all the nominees have put mediation at the forefront of their dispute resolution policies.
For the last 10 years The TCM Group has been committed to promoting mediation as an integral part of workplace dispute resolution. By sponsoring the award TCM continues to drive forward the benefit and value of mediation on a national and international level.
The winner will be announced at the Personnel Today Awards on 23 November at the Hilton, Park Lane, London.
