TCM's new Senior Resolution Advisor

TCM would like to welcome their new Senior Resolution Advisor Irene Grindell.

Irene has been mediating for 12 years and was the first Director for Tower Hamlets Mediation Service. Her role included in-house training for volunteer mediators and she worked closely in an ongoing supportive role with both staff and volunteers. Irene is passionate about empowering people and she has extensive experience of working with young people, gangs, the elderly and single parents, and she has also set up a successful parent and toddler group on her estate.
 
Irene has a vast knowledge of conflict and how it affects people, she has been trained in a range of areas of Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) including an extensive Post Graduate Certificate in Conflict Resolution and Mediation Studies with Birkbeck University.   She has worked on over 200 mediation cases and trained hundreds of people.
 
Irene’s passion drives her and her humor carries her. She works in an open and honest way with compassion and respect for all.
 
Irene uses her experience in mediation, training and coaching to empower both those whom she works with and for.
