TCM Group was delighted to attend the HR Performance show, UK’s newest and most prestigious HR event for anyone with day-to-day HR responsibilities. The event was held on the 4^th and 5^th of October at the Olympia Conference Center, London and enjoyed great success with 1,700 registered delegates and a lively atmosphere.

 
 
TCM’s founder and director, David Liddle, an expert in the areas of mediation and alternative dispute resolution delivered two of the event’s most popular presentations, alongside keynote speakers from The Arcadia Group and NatWest. The ‘getting the basics right’ arena was buzzing with participants, all wanting to have a taste of the mediation process and how it can benefit their organisation.
 
Soon TCM’s stand was surrounded by delegates who were unsure of how to go about embedding mediation in their organisation and how to convince their board of directors to adopt this approach. Their relief was evident when we started presenting our ideas and processes on how they can reduce the significant cost of conflict in their organisations.
