Meet TCM’s new Office Manager!

The TCM Group welcomes its latest addition, Lisajay Baker.

As the role of mediation grows, The TCM Group leads the market with innovative courses and ground-breaking services. During the last four months, we have been overwhelmed as more and more companies choose TCM as their mediation services and training provider. In order to keep up and further expand our skill set and deliverability, The TCM Group recently appointed Lisajay Baker as our new Business Support Manager.


Lisa will be responsible for managing TCM’s Business Support Team. She will be taking over a range of administrative and office management tasks and making sure that the day to day running of the TCM office is smoother than ever before. 

With the addition of a well-experienced office manager, the TCM’s administrative team is now fully staffed to become a well-oiled machine that can deal with any kind of challenge.
