Mediation can be delivered in three ways:
- External, professional mediators. External mediators from TCM tend to work in more complex cases or where the dispute involves multiple parties. TCM delivers industry leading external mediation services accredited by the Professional Mediators’ Association (PMA).
- Internal mediators. This is an increasingly popular method of delivering mediation. A team of mediators is selected and trained to an accredited standard. - Reduced stress and stress related absence. The impact of stress and stress related absence can’t be overlooked. Mediation offers an effective way to resolve issues before absence or for reintegrating employees after a period of absence.
