Do Harrods really need an introduction?
Harrods is the most well-known department store in the world, covering over one million square feet of selling space and more than 330 luxurious departments.Harrods approached The TCM Group to seek mediation training, with the aims of resolving work place conflict issues constructively and informally and avoiding litigation where possible. In the long term, Harrods also hope that mediation will help them to promote and grow a culture of informal and early resolution of disputes and difficult issues.
