Dispute Resolution Awards Announced

TCM will be sponsoring the 2012 Personnel Today award for `Innovation in Dispute Resolution`.

In 2011, the mediation experts at The TCM Group created and sponsored the inaugural award for ‘Innovation in Dispute Resolution’. The award was a high profile addition to the prestigious Personnel Today awards. We were delighted that the Minister for Employment Relations, Edward Davey MP, attended on the night to present the award. Over eight hundred HR professionals from some of the UK’s top employers attended the event and were entertained by the well-known comedian Jack Dee.

Last year’s award was presented to East Sussex County Council. The judges felt that they most clearly demonstrated innovation, creativity and commitment in this area, becoming the 2011‘Innovation in Dispute Resolution Award’ winner.

Last year, during his speech, Mr Davey commented on the way that UK businesses can change their working culture by using mediation. Mr Davey added that he is delighted that David Liddle and the mediation experts from The TCM Group have had the foresight for creating and sponsoring this exciting new award.
