Workplace Investigation in Collaboration with Dr Frances Green and Russell Jones and Walker

The Professional Mediators’ Association (PMA) Day on the 13th August was an opportunity to look more closely at workplace investigations and the changing laws of discrimination - often an element of both investigations and mediations.

The event was facilitated by TCM Group’s Brendan Schütte in conjunction with Dr Frances Green an independent investigator and mediator and Claire Dawson, a solicitor with Russell Jones and Walker.

Edward Nelson delivers highly acclaimed course exploring NVC - Benefits and Limitations

Professional Mediators Association (PMA) day on the 30th July was a roaring success. Delegates described the experience as ‘inspirational,’ ‘invaluable,’ ‘thought-provoking,’ and ‘motivating.’ The course explored a process, created by Marshall B. Rosenberg Ph.D, through which delegates learnt how to “connect compassionately with themselves and one another through non-violent communication”.
