Establishing an internal mediation scheme has been one of the most effective ways of introducing mediation into many of our customers' organisations.
 

What is an internal mediation scheme?

In a nutshell, internal mediation schemes embed mediation into the systems, processes and culture of your company. Selected managers and HR receive mediation awareness training and a panel of internal mediators are fully trained and accredited to resolve workplace disputes and conflicts.

Type 1

The Outsourced Mediation Scheme

Our independent mediators provide a swift mediation service. This scheme is set up much like an internal mediation scheme, however, instead of having a team of internal mediators, the mediations are carried out by mediators from The TCM Group.

Some of our clients also use the locum mediator scheme before progressing to TCM's outsourced or full mediation schemes.
