Internal Mediation Scheme Design

What is an internal mediation scheme?
In a nutshell, internal mediation schemes embed mediation into the systems, processes and culture of your company. Selected managers and HR receive mediation awareness training and a panel of internal mediators are fully trained and accredited to resolve workplace disputes and conflicts.
