Organisations who require a mediation service contact us on 'as and when' basis. Our mediators are trained to respond to the most complex workplace and employment disputes. No other mediation service has the proven track record, the experience or the expertise that we provide. Some of our clients also use the locum mediator scheme before progressing to TCM's outsourced or full mediation schemes.

• 12 months support for the parties after mediation concludes.
