FAIR mediation is a dynamic, efficient and highly effective process of dispute resolution in which the mediator works with all parties to find a suitable remedy and outcome.

The characteristics of FAIR mediation

Most FAIR mediation's occur over one full day.
FAIR mediation is a confidential process which encourages open and honest dialogue.
FAIR mediators don't judge or blame the parties, instead they invite empathy and encourage dialogue.
FAIR mediators secure a written, signed agreement in over 90% of the disputes in which they mediate.
It has taken us many years to get this model right and we now train over 500 mediators a year to be FAIR mediators.
