We recognise that you may be unfamiliar with mediation and its benefits, and you may not feel confident in recommending it yet.  Our mediators and trainers are very happy to spend time talking through the 'basics' with you, and you are welcome to contact us with any type of mediation-related enquiry.  We are passionate and knowledgeable about mediation and we welcome any questions that you have.

Free mediation consultation days

If you or your organisation would like to know more about mediation, then we can visit you for a free mediation consultation day, at a venue of your choice.  Our unique mediation consultation days are provided completely free of charge so that your time with a professional mediator can be spent exploring the benefits of mediation to your organisation. During the seminar we will run a mediation eye opener and we will undertake a mediation impact assessment.

TCM's consultation days are specifically designed for groups of individuals wishing to gain an awareness of mediation , or organisations considering training employees as mediators, or setting up an in-house mediation scheme.  The tutor-mediator assigned to your organisation will tailor the session to your particular needs, and will advise you on any aspect of mediation, training, or service set-up that you require.

Free seminars and workshops

TCM has been offering free seminars and events for many years. These are extremely popular and each one gives you an opportunity to find out more about how mediation is currently used for resolving workplace, employment and commercial disputes.

 Our free seminars:

• last for either half a day or one day
• Are delivered by a highly experienced mediator
• draw upon real examples of mediation including video and mock ups
• include a discussion of HR and legislative issues relating to mediation
• give details on how to train or qualify as a mediator
• offer the opportunity for a thorough Question & Answer session
• conclude with a free buffet lunch!
