London Voluntary and Community Sector come together
This major Employment Conference by LVSC, London Voluntary and Community Sector gave participants a chance to gain an update on important developments in employment law as well as attending a range of workshops on employment related topics, all delivered by experts in their field.
Interactive workshop
TCM’s David Liddle led an inspiring and interactive workshop on Workplace Mediation. Clarifying the process of mediation and examining how it can be used at work, the session looked at some of the causes and consequences of conflict within the voluntary sector. With lively discussion and debate throughout, David explained the role of mediation and how it works and recommended ways in which mediation may be integrated into not for profit sector systems and processes.
