An absolute "eye-opener" which left me with a lot of food for thought on how was can apply mediation effectively at work.  A very clear and relaxed approach which made it easy to ask questions and seek clarification throughout. The workshop could certainly be slightly longer as there was much to take-in from a confident and knowledgeable trainer with real examples to support case.
