PMA Master Class - 8th June: Mediating Performance Management Cases

How often does firm performance management lead to a grievance complaint of bullying and harassment against the manager? Both parties are often feeling bruised and battered by the subsequent process – and then it’s brought to mediation! What challenges does the mediator face? The day will look at case studies and provide an opportunity to share experience, and develop mediation strategies to facilitate these difficult exchanges. We will also look at how difficult conversation should be managed in order to avoid the grievance in the first place.

Steve has extensive experience in both HR and operational roles, and has managed change and conflict in stressful and demanding environments.
