This advanced two day training will equip mediators with the new skill set they need in order to mediate team conflicts across a diverse range of industries. The course is delivered by The TCM Group’s highly experienced mediators who draw upon their vast depths of knowledge and experience to ensure that delegates become industry standard team mediators.
The course provides in-house mediators with the skills and tools needed to cover a wider range of internal disputes. It also provides independent mediators with the potential for increased job opportunities.
