Introduction

Following recent Government guidance, many organisations are establishing a mediation and dispute resolution programme. This event, developed and delivered by the UK's mediation experts, offers participants guidance and tools to support this process.

This event examines the 8 key stages that organisations need to establish their internal mediation scheme.

At TCM we have extensive experience of developing internal workplace mediation schemes. Based on our experience and what we have been told works (and, on some occasions, what doesn’t work!) we have developed a simple yet highly effective 8 stage Internal Mediation Scheme for developing internal mediation schemes. The model can be adapted to meet the specific needs of your organisation and we will listen carefully to what you tell us that you need before we develop a bespoke programme for your organisation.

All participants at this event will receive a free copy of the TCM Guide to Mediation for Employees and Employers along with TCM's Model Dispute Resolution Policy.
