Following recent Government guidance, many organisations are establishing a mediation and dispute resolution programme. This event, developed and delivered by the UK's mediation experts, offers participants guidance and tools to support this process.

This event examines the 8 key stages that organisations need to establish their internal mediation scheme.

Based on our experience and what we have been told works (and, on some occasions, what doesn’t work!) we have developed a simple yet highly effective 8 stage Internal Mediation Scheme for developing internal mediation schemes.
